Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warping Creeler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing warp beams used in textile production, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise will help maintain smooth production flow, optimize materials handling, and support overall manufacturing efficiency. Responsibilities Set up and operate warping machines to create warp beams according to specifications. Conduct quality inspections on warp yarns and finished beams to ensure consistency and defect-free products. Manage materials handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or pallet jacks. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on warping equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Assist with sewing machine setup and sewing tasks when necessary for finishing processes. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by maintaining clean work areas, reducing waste, and following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing environments, especially with materials handling or textile production preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with quality inspection processes to identify defects or inconsistencies. Basic sewing machine operation skills and sewing experience are a plus. Knowledge of machining, screen printing, or packaging processes is beneficial. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; forklift certification is preferred. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and warehouse experience is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
