Full-Time, Contract-to-hire Kelly, in partnership with Cummins in Forest City, NC, is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators for both 1st and 3rd shifts! Join a global leader and support shop-floor operations by ensuring components are shipped on time and helping to keep everything running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial vehicles. Pick and stage customer orders accurately using an RF scanner. Unload incoming shipments and store products in the correct locations. Prepare, wrap, label, and load outbound shipments according to guidelines. Perform cycle counts and replenish stock as directed. Maintain clean and organized pallet staging areas. Assist with team lifts for items over 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols. Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Certification or willingness to obtain certification for powered industrial equipment. Basic math and computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office and WMS (Red Prairie) a plus, training provided. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing demands.
