Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines with precision to assemble and finish fabric sales aids items according to specifications. Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily output goals. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring seams are secure, stitches are even, and overall craftsmanship meets standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and machinery is well-maintained. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve sewing processes. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Skills Proven experience in sewing products in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in operating various sewing machines, especially overlock models. Strong sewing skills with an eye for detail, precision, and quality control. Familiarity with manufacturing processes within a warehouse or production environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under deadlines. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
