Position Overview Accurate Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Sewer in Taylorsville, NC. This position is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to assemble and finish nonwoven materials according to production specifications. The ideal candidate has previous industrial sewing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent quality and production in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently. Sew and assemble nonwoven materials according to established specifications. Properly guide materials through the machine to maintain accurate stitching and finished product quality. Follow work orders, production instructions, patterns, and specifications. Inspect finished work for proper stitching, alignment, and overall quality. Monitor thread, needles, and machine operation and report issues as needed. Make minor machine adjustments as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production and quality expectations. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining dependable attendance and productivity. Qualifications Previous industrial or commercial sewing experience required. Experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to perform repetitive sewing tasks for extended periods. #
