Full Job Description Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Pay:

$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Full-time We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for a mattress manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC.

IMPORTANT

This position requires previous

INDUSTRIAL SEWING

experience. General machine operator experience alone does not qualify.

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew mattress materials. Thread machines, change needles, and make basic adjustments. Follow work orders and production specifications. Inspect stitching for defects, skipped stitches, and quality issues. Repair or correct defective stitching as needed. Maintain production and quality standards. Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of industrial sewing machine experience

REQUIRED.

Experience sewing mattresses, upholstery, furniture, textiles, quilting, or similar materials preferred. Must be comfortable operating and adjusting industrial sewing equipment. Knowledge of needles, threads, and different stitches. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. If your experience is only with general production or manufacturing machines and does not include industrial sewing, you will not qualify for this position.

Pay:

$20.00-$22.00/hour based on experience.
