Position:

Team members at Findlay Vinyl work together to fabricate the highest quality swimming pool liners and safety covers, many of which have intricate, custom made attachments for walk in steps and benches. Findlay Vinyl promotes a casual, team driven environment focused on attaining goals and team-member development.

Candidate Requirements:

Interested applicants should be team-oriented individuals who are willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment. They must be coachable and accepting of critiques. A successful candidate will be able to interpret assembly prints and 3-D drawings with ease. Previous industrial sewing experience is beneficial but not required. Experience with quality control is also valuable. Qualified applicants should be adaptable and must be willing to cross train on other positions as required by production demands.
