Equipment includes the molder, shapers, wide belt sander, dowel machine, door clamp, CNC router, miter saws, router, planer, joiner, table saw, radial arm saw, forklift, sanders, nail guns and drills.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesPull lumber, PVC and other material from inventory
  • Mill product to specified dimensions per production order including drawings
  • Assemble products using a variety of tools for paint grade or stain grade finish
  • Knowledge of sanding techniques and gluing methods
  • Package, palletize, and prepare items for shipment to avoid damage
  • Drive a forklift in a safe manner to avoid injury or damage to product/equipment
  • Keep work area clean, safe and efficient including work benches, machinery, storage areas, break room and restroom.
  • Work independently with reasonable oversight
