Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing, along with experience operating sewing machines in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality garments while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications. Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings for different fabric types and styles. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Follow production schedules and meet quality control standards by inspecting finished products for defects. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of various sewing techniques. Familiarity with operating different types of sewing machines and equipment used in manufacturing. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
