Vonore, TN $17.05 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Master of the Machines. Keep 'Em Running, Keep the Pay Coming. Looking for Sewing Machine Operator jobs in Vonore where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. 3+ months of sewing or manufacturing experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Requires close attention to detail and visual focus. Job Duties Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew product components. Sew cut pieces to form finished covers, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Understand material properties, including stretch and behavior during sewing. Determine efficient sewing sequences to optimize production flow. Maintain product quality throughout the production process. Read and follow process sheets and production instructions. Communicate production issues and support timely resolution. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Physical Capabilities Regularly required to sit, use hands, and perform repetitive motions.
