Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew products according to specifications. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Learn new processes and techniques as needed. Qualifications Minimal sewing experience required (industrial or home sewing experience is welcome). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Eagerness to learn and apply new skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
