We're looking for a cell operator who thrives on running modern wire bending systems, tightening tolerances, and using root-cause thinking to make every part better than the last. The impact you'll have Safely operate and monitor wireforming machinery to meet production targets. Load wire materials, execute machine startups and shutdowns, and complete efficient changeovers. Translate blueprints, work orders, and travelers into accurate, repeatable setups. Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, protractors, and optical comparators to verify conformance. Assist with tooling changes, machine setup activities, and preventive maintenance routines. Fine-tune processes to uphold quality standards and minimize scrap. Champion safety practices and wear required PPE at all times. What you bring High school diploma or GED preferred. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions closely. Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, blueprint reading, or inspection is beneficial.
