Run carpet in J-box making sure it is running in straight. Watch J-box to ensure carpet is entering accumulator in proper position. Watch for torn leader or seams and re-sew them to prevent tear outs. Inspect carpet as it rolls into the machine to alert supervisor of defects. Keep J-box and accumulator as full as possible at all times.
