Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Sewing Machine Operator. Where your skills will directly contribute to creating high-quality products. Duties Operate various sewing machines to assemble textile products with precision and care Follow detailed work instructions and sewing patterns to ensure consistency and quality in every piece Ability to lay up fabric to prep for sewing. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot machine issues promptly Assist in loading and unloading materials within the warehouse or production area as needed Document production activities accurately, including counts, defects, and machine maintenance logs Experience Prior experience with sewing machine operation and product construction is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners Basic understanding of sewing techniques and assembly processes Familiarity with manufacturing environments or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Embark on a rewarding career where your sewing skills help bring quality products to life!
