Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Set up all piping for kettles and applicator Verify Mokon unit temperature and water level settings Temper gelatin to be ready to apply to product at shift start Know and verify proper applicator and kettle settings Know and follow water/gelatin mix ratio Stay ahead of production needs throughout day Limit waste by timing needs at shift end Break down equipment at end of shift

Qualifications:

Must have less than 7 points No write-ups in the past 12 months Must be in present position at least six (6) months
