Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our production team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will support the wood grain sublimation process by preparing aluminum products, loading and unloading oven trolleys, and ensuring all products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Unwrap, clean, and inspect aluminum products for defects or imperfections. Load aluminum products onto conveyor belts for the bagging process. Remove bagged products from the conveyor and place them onto oven trolleys. Ensure bags are properly sealed and free of wrinkles to maintain sublimation quality. Load and unload oven trolleys during the baking process. Remove bags from finished products and stack completed items onto carts for packaging. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Assist with additional production tasks and support other departments as needed. Qualifications Ability to lift, carry, and move products repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment Manufacturing and production facility environment. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift. Exposure to production equipment and elevated temperatures associated with oven operations. Why Join Us? Pay Details:
