•Preferred US Citizen and Green card holder Job Summary Operate and maintain vacuum/coating furnaces and related production equipment while loading materials, monitoring processes, inspecting components, and completing production documentation in a safe manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate vacuum/coating furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking equipment, and brazing stations. Load/unload parts, prepare materials, monitor furnace processes, and review furnace charts. Inspect components for quality and specification compliance. Read blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and process documentation. Complete travelers, logbooks, production records, and process documentation accurately. Perform thermocouple changes, dry honing, and other assigned production activities. Follow Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO, IPM/QPM, and safety requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience. Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and furnace charts. Knowledge of chemical powder processing and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and accurate data recording. Ability to stand, bend, twist, sit, and lift 25+ lbs. during extended shifts. Fluent English communication skills. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as required. Desired Skills 1+ years of Vacuum/coating furnace operation, production equipment, manufacturing processes, Lean/5S, basic computer skills, and production documentation experience. Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
