Round Tube Operator Requirements:

No minimum education required Collaboration Skills Decision Making and Problem Solving Written and Oral Communication Proficiency Time Management and Organizational Skills Technical and Analytical Capacity Results Driven Available to work overtime including weekends. Scheduled day off could fluctuate.

Duties:

Work from schedules, production orders, prints and specifications. Verify parameters of operation of an oven, lubrication machine, coiler and other equipment are within required parameters and customer specifications. Operation of multiple control panels to ensure proper operation. Perform or assist with any departmental operations, as required or directed to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions. Assist in the process examination and quality documentation. Assist in equipment validations, safety and quality audits. Able to operate a computer efficiently for data entry. Operation of various transportation equipment (cranes, fork-lift, powered stackers) Work in a non-air-conditioned shop environment. Hot in the Summer, cold in the Winter. Work in a team environment reacting to production conditions and routinely changing job functions. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards. Perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to EHS, quality and productivity requirements.
