Shift Differential:

4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Disability Insurance Job Description Tending one or more boilers to produce steam or high-temperature water. Fires boiler, observes and interprets readings on gauges, meters, and charts, which register various aspects of boiler operation. Maintain a log in which various aspects of boiler operation are recorded; clean, oil, make minor repairs or assist in repair to boiler room equipment; and following prescribed methods, treat boiler water with chemicals and analyze boiler water for such things as acidity, caustic, and alkalinity.

Monitor and report facility alarms.

Fill in for other operators as needed to cover 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position Must be able to operate and maintain one or more systems, that provide heat, air conditioning, refrigeration, steam or high-temperature water or electricity. Security rounds, other duties as assigned, overtime as required.

Needs to be familiar with Building Monitoring Systems

Proficient in Outlook Supervisory Controls Reports to Site Supervisor Guidelines Accomplish monthly PM's
