H ow you'll make an impact in this role Operates, adjusts, and manages primary facility systems, specializing in troubleshooting, powering down, and restoring operations for medium to high-pressure steam boilers. Controls auxiliary and power generation infrastructure—including turbines, engines, generators, chillers, and cooling towers—using control boards, semi-automatic equipment, and sequential switching. Monitors meters, gauges, and computer indicators at regular intervals to regulate power flow, manage fluid levels, and detect operational issues before system failure occurs. Conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, cleaning, and complex equipment repairs, such as fixing leaking joints and servicing auxiliary pumping machinery. Documents plant conditions through operational logs and malfunction reports, coordinates emergency response calls, and assists leadership with training and work assignments.Qualifications:
