What You Will Do Every Day Drive Efficiency:

Monitor and control our biomass and oil-fired boilers alongside our turbine generator to ensure safe, peak performance.

Solve Technical Puzzles:

Troubleshoot operational issues and perform routine minor repairs to keep equipment up and running.

Manage Kiln Operations:

Oversee the daily function and maintenance of our dry kilns.

Collaborate Daily:

Team The Right License:

A current Maine High Pressure (HP) Boiler License is strictly required.

Solid Background:

Between 1 and 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar industrial setting.

Smart Education:

A Trade Certification or an Associate degree.

Flexibility:

Readiness to work shift schedules within our 24/7 manufacturing operation.
