Automotive Manufacturing We are seeking dependable Oven Operators to join an automotive manufacturing team in Manchester, MI. This position supports the production of formed rubber hose components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Load and unload rubber hose onto mandrels Form and position hose according to production requirements Load and unload parts from industrial ovens Inspect parts for basic quality defects Follow standardized work instructions and production procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production and quality expectations Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Comfortable working around industrial ovens and heat Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to lift and handle production materials throughout the shift Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required Apply today for an opportunity to join a leading automotive manufacturing operation in Manchester, MI.
