Job Description
D & K Powder Coating is looking to hire full time oven operators and production workers for our 1st and 2nd shifts. D & K Powder Coating is a family-owned powder coating company located in North Mankato, MN.
- 1st Shift
- Monday
- Friday 7am
- 3:30pm 2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday
- 3:30 pm
- 2:00 am
- We are looking for motivated individuals who strive for excellent attendance and who take pride in their work.
Duties:
Prepare materials and equipment for powder coat painting Hanging Parts Washing Parts Powder coat paint a variety of surfaces Evenly apply powder coat paint to items (such as: large equipment, automotive parts, personal work, and other metal work) Operate ovens to cure paint Packaging Parts Shipping/Receiving Operating a forklift General labor Other production duties as assignedPreferred Competencies & Qualities:
Knowledge of the powder coating process/industry Proficiency with manual and hand tools Power washing experience Media blast experience Attention to detail Self motivation Thoroughness Accountability Dependability Time management Positive attitudePerks:
