Rouse & Son, a New Page Company, has been providing boiler room equipment and services to North and South Carolina for over 70 years. We are seeking a Commercial Boiler Project Engineer to provide technical support and coordination for the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems within industrial and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in Boiler technologies, a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, and experience in project management. Responsibilities Serve as the lead technical resource in support of the new boiler installation and boiler retrofit projects. Provide technical oversight for the planning, scheduling, and execution of boiler system projects from technical requirements through commissioning. Engage with manufacturing partners and vendors throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to order requirements and communicate updates to relevant contractors and client stakeholders as needed. Troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems that may arise in the field during the installation and start-up process. Coordinate with engineers, manufacturers, installation contractors, and internal technician teams to ensure successful start-up. Manage system design documentation including schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications aligned with industry best practices. Apply engineering standards such as ASME codes & standards to ensure compliance and safety in all project phases. Support the preparation of documentation in response to technical information requests for engineering analysis/system studies.
