Position:

Wearparts Tillage Tools is now accepting applications for a skilled robot operator with a positive attitude to join our team. We have openings on First Shift (7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday) or Third Shift (12:00 am to 8:30 am Tuesday through Saturday). It will require the use of automated welding equipment for hard facing tillage replacement parts. Experience in setting up, programming and operating robots and welding equipment is preferred (but not required). This position involves the use of potentially dangerous equipment; it is important health and safety requirements are met and ensure responsibility is taken for the security of the warehouse and stock.

Primary Duties:

Read drawings, and take measurements to plan layout and procedure Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Program and operate robotic equipment Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Ensure safe operation of the your work area including meeting standards for sanitation, maintenance, security and housekeeping Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

Experience with welding preferred Diagnose and repair machines as needed Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Positive "can-do" attitude Knowledge of relative safety standards
