REFERRAL BONUS Job Description :

Oversee all boiler operations while on shift including Temperature and biomass fuel feed of two Wood Fired Dutch Oven Boilers Steam Pressure and water supply of one 50psi steam boiler Temperature and pressure flow of 80-100 psi Thermal Transfer Oil to production Monitoring of all biomass fuel levels Perform daily Water analysis and reporting of softeners operational status for the steam generator. Register the daily boilers fuel consumption and stack emissions. Assisting with monitoring various production related needs during non-production hours including: Monitoring of production's steeping vats during non-production hours (temperature trend, water level, steam pressure, etc) Periodic plant walkthroughs for general/basic safety checks during non-production hours Starting of production dryers/kilns prior to 1st shift startup Weekly boiler maintenance and cleanout Removal of boiler slag and ash Inspection of boiler refractory, feeding mechanicals and oil piping Boiler re-fire and startup procedures Requirement s: Previous boiler operation experience not required, but is a large benefit Must be willing to work regularly rotating shifts (Southern Swing) 1st shift (8am-4pm), 2nd shift (4pm to 12am), and 3rd shift (12am to 8am) Must be physically fit and willing to do light manual labor including but not limited to: Emptying ash canisters Shoveling & Sweeping Feeding wood boards into a chipper Must be willing to work in the elements and an a noisy environment Must be willing to work with wood and wood dust Must have impeccable attendance & willing to work holidays and weekends Front End loader and powered industrial forklift experience a plus Must be well organized and have good communication skills Must be willing to maintain the working area cleaned and organized at the end of the shift. Must be able to coordinate the Boiler Saturday cleaning crew when needed.

Compensation :

$23 -$25/hour and up (minimum annual take home pay of $55,000) for unlicensed operators.
