Looking for a steady role with overnight hours and great benefits? Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Swing Shift Oven Operator to oversee the oven line, ensure product quality, and help keep production running efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do:

Monitor the oven area and ensure products move smoothly through the production line. Perform regular quality checks and ensure ovens are operating efficiently. Keep production on schedule by maintaining set speeds and processes. Support a clean, safe, and positive work environment. Assist with changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup tasks. Communicate any quality concerns to leads or supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience on a production line preferred, but not required. Ability to work in hot environments throughout your shift. Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset. Able to read and record information such as Safety Data Sheets and production records. Must be reliable and willing to work weekends as needed. Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.

Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Pay:
