G & S Foods in Hanover, PA is now seeking a 3rd shift Industrial Oven Operator. The Oven Operator is responsible for the entire baking process of the pretzels. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, attendance bonuses, and employee appreciation events! Our Oven Operators are responsible for: Pretzel oven operations including oven control adjustments to meet moisture specifications Assist in quality assurance with samples of finished product Setup and operate all equipment with a high degree of proficiency Complete paper work required for the production function

Required Skills:

Previous monitoring of and adjusting of industrial ovens required Must be able to work in varied temperatures (hot or cold) Effectively communicate with team members including Quality Assurance Technicians to make adjustments
