Temp-to-Hire / Long-Term Opportunity Job Summary We are currently hiring Kettle Operators to join a potato chip production team. We have openings on both 1st and 2nd shift . The Kettle Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the potato chip cooking process, maintaining product quality, making adjustments when products are out of specification, and safely operating production equipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires attention to detail, mechanical awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

4:00 AM -

Finish Tuesday-Thursday:

5:00 AM - Finish End time may vary based on production needs and may be approximately 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 6:00 PM (Some Saturdays required based on needs) Please note: Production hours are subject to change based on business and production needs. Key Responsibilities Operate kettle equipment used in the potato chip production process Monitor cooking processes to ensure products meet quality standards Recognize when products are out of specification and make appropriate adjustments Learn and operate valves used to move and control cooking oil Monitor equipment and production processes for proper operation Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized production area Assist with setup, changeovers, and production adjustments Accurately follow production instructions and procedures Learn additional equipment and responsibilities as training progresses Operate a forklift as needed Communicate production issues and quality concerns to supervisors Work effectively with other members of the production team Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work a flexible production schedule Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to learn production equipment and processes Ability to work some Saturdays based on production needs

Preferred:
