Job Duties Set up, operate, and monitor annealing furnaces to heat-treat metal products according to production specifications. Manage and maintain operation of up to four furnaces simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and quality. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently into furnaces. Set and adjust furnace temperature, timing, and cycle controls based on documented procedures and requirements. Follow established processes for the production and treatment of various metal alloys. Inspect finished materials to verify conformance to required physical and mechanical properties. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and proactively support a culture of safety, including reporting incidents and near misses. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Demonstrate core values in all interactions and responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred Prior experience operating annealing furnaces or similar heat-treatment equipment strongly preferred Understanding of metal properties, heat-treating processes, and alloy handling is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor and adjust equipment settings Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
