Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems across high-profile commercial properties. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handlers, monitor building automation systems, and ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems for assigned commercial properties to ensure reliable, efficient building operations. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, air handlers, and controls in accordance with safety and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, and related building systems, coordinating with vendors and contractors when needed. Monitor building automation and energy management systems, adjusting settings to optimize comfort, reliability, and energy performance. Respond promptly to work orders and emergency calls, documenting activities and maintaining accurate maintenance and equipment records. Support inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance for mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with JLL and client policies. Collaborate with property and facility management teams to plan repairs, upgrades, and capital projects impacting HVAC and mechanical systems. Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency and recommend solutions to leadership.
