Position Responsibilities:

Operate plant equipment to maintain production in a safe and efficient manner. Review MSDSs for proper chemical handling procedures before running each process. Operate forklift. Operate vacuum, diaphragm, and centrifugal pumps. Operate cooling towers, boilers, and hot oil systems. Operate each processing unit in full compliance with EH&S regulations and requirements. Perform additional work assignments as assigned by shift supervisor or engineer.

Requirements:

High School/GED Must have 1 year experience Valid TX driver license, will drive to different department Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) complex and/or technical operations and procedures in terms easily understood by non- technical operators required.

Background requirements:

Candidates must pass drug screen and background check. (Convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, company policy does not permit the employment of candidates with some classes/types of convictions.)
