THERMOFORMER

OPERATORRotating shift 5:00 am - 5:30 pm$22.58 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSPrograms, or manually controls, forming procedure in vacuum forming various-sized acrylic sheets, including oven temperature, oven time, and vacuum pressureAligns and positions proper forming rack and framing as requiredTransports acrylic sheets to holding fixtures onlineCleans and prepares tooling and acrylic sheets for vacuum formingAligns and positions aluminum toolingTransports aluminum tooling to and from storage rack to thermoformer Performs preventive maintenance tasks dailyPractice and follow all required safety regulationsRecords and serializes pieces formed, dailyMaintains work area, e.g., cleans up, keeps material, equipment, etc. in clean working conditionRepetitive heavy liftingPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisionHot work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to undergo further in-house technical trainingMust have the ability to operate equipment with controls and settings and typical manufacturing equipment, including forkliftMust have knowledge of common materials and production methodsComputer skills required#psbrownwood
