Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of Tool & Die manufacturing and maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of CNC and conventional machining equipment
Experience working with metals, alloys, and precision measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and geometric tolerancing
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with effective communication skills Job Duties Design, build, modify, and repair tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges from engineering drawings and CAD models
Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to precise tolerances
Assemble, fit, and troubleshoot dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
Diagnose tooling and production issues to minimize downtime and product defects
Inspect finished tooling and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Perform preventive maintenance on dies, tooling, and production equipment
Support TPM, LEAN, and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor technicians and operators on tooling best practices and proper equipment use
Maintain accurate tooling records, maintenance logs, and work orders within ERP systems Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Frequent lifting of up to 65 pounds
Ability to work in a production environment with temperatures ranging from 40F to 110F
Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators when needed
