We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production dies, tooling, fixtures, and gauges in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and specifications. Build, modify, repair, and troubleshoot dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment. Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality. Diagnose tooling and equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Create and modify tooling designs using CAD software. Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams. Follow all safety, quality, LOTO, and 6S requirements. Support new product launches and process improvements. Train and mentor technicians and operators as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of tool and die manufacturing/maintenance experience. 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CNC and conventional machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and work with tight tolerances. Experience with CAD software and precision measuring instruments. Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring standing and movement throughout the shift, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 65 lbs. Appropriate PPE is required.

Pay :
