Job Description

Machine Operation:
Set up and run manual and CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read and analyze complex engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, and sketches.
Assembly & Fitting:
Fit and assemble various tool components and verify dimensions using precision measurement instruments.
Troubleshooting:
Test new tools or molds, run off sample parts, and diagnose defects or wear to make necessary adjustments.
Maintenance:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing production tooling to minimize downtime
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in shop math (trigonometry/geometry), CNC programming, and reading blueprints.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long hours, use hand tools, and lift up to 50 lbs
