PER DIEM SCHEDULE

$37-$43 Cedar Mountain Post Acute - Yucaipa, CA We are a skilled nursing & rehab facility seeking licensed COTAs to join our Rehab Team! Work in a supportive environment that values teamwork, safety, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide OT treatments per plan of care Document daily Maintain productivity Collaborate with rehab & nursing staff

Requirements:

Active CA COTA license SNF experience preferred
