How you'll contribute Own setups and production on CNC mills, lathes, and mill‑turn equipment in a high-mix, low-volume environment Interpret prints and 3D models, applying GD&T and tight tolerance strategies Review and prove out CNC programs using Mastercam and NCSimul before chips fly Leverage Renishaw probing and tool-setting to speed alignment and verify features Machine intricate parts from exotic and heat-resistant alloys to exacting standards Perform in-process inspections with precision measuring tools and hand metrology Troubleshoot issues at the spindle and continuously refine setups, cycle times, and quality Maintain clear, accurate work order and process records in ProShop ERP Your background 5-10 years of hands-on machining experience Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Programming, Drafting, or a related field Working knowledge of SolidWorks for 3D model review Excellent blueprint reading, GD&T fluency, and mechanical problem-solving ability Demonstrated success with CNC setup and complex machining processes Comfort with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Core proficiencies CNC tooling selection and optimization CNC machine setup and changeover Precision measurement and hand metrology practices Efficient setups for short-run/production work Tools & platforms you'll use Mastercam and NCSimul for programming review and prove-out Renishaw probing and tool-setting systems ProShop ERP for work orders and process documentation SolidWorks for 3D model interpretation Eligibility requirements U.S. citizenship Ability to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a security clearance
