This position will work under the supervision of the Tool Room Manager. If you have experience building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plastic injection molds and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Build, repair, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot plastic injection molds. Machine mold components and parts using manual milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and other shop equipment. Operate and program CNC machinery. Use CAM software such as Edgecam, Mastercam, or similar software; programming experience is preferred. Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and other inspection tools. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics. Apply strong shop math skills, including basic trigonometry. Follow work instructions and directions accurately. Maintain high standards of quality and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and customers. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Tool & Die, Machining, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of previous experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or Senior Machinist.
