Job Requirements:
Previous Mold Builder experience. Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic understanding of construction, fabrication, or woodworking principles. Time management and organizational skills. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements, Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally. Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, crawling, climbing, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts up to 12 hours. Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high exposure to workplace hazards. Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot, cold, humid, wet, and outdoor environments when required. Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, high-visibility vests, and other required safety gear.
Job Description:
Stage, prepare, glue, and nail stock materials. Load and unload raw materials, parts, and components from CNC machines. Assist with constructing wooden forms and blackouts. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications. Build components to precise tolerance requirements. Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks. Perform accurate measuring and layout of form components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production standards. Assist with general shop duties as needed. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.

1st Shift Only, Monday through Friday, Start times as early as 4:00 AM or 6:00
