No Post Mastectomy - Home Health Responsibilities include : Health care professional specifically educated and trained in the provision of breast prostheses and post-mastectomy items and services. This includes patient assessment, formulation of a treatment plan, implementation of the treatment plan, follow-up, and practice management. Will be expected to meet the required hours of training; complete a fitter pre-certification education course; sit for and pass the national exam for certification. ( CFm - Certified Fitter of Mastectomy). Post Mastectomy -

Home Care Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of Two Years of Customer Service experience in the Medical Field and computer skills for input and verification. Will be expected to meet the required hours of training; complete a fitter pre-certification education course; sit for and pass the national exam for certification. ( CFm - Certified Fitter of Mastectomy). This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
