Grind Specialist Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a variety of cutting tools and grinding. Valid Drivers' License Duties Learn and understand new processes, machines, and technology. Read Blueprints. Use inspection gages and Indicators. Hold tight tolerances +/-.0001 Attention to detail and quality. Responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over and maintain multiple machines. Running multiple grinders and different processes might be required. Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.). Perform primary maintenance on assigned equipment. Assist and guide the maintenance team in performing repairs if needed. Edit programs for CNC-controlled grinders. Always maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the assigned area. Responsible for achieving established cycle time efficiencies and machine utilization. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager. Experience using at least two of the following grinders:
