Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repair process of golf carts and heavy equipment bodies, frames, and related components\.
• Read and interpret requested fabricated blueprints\.
• Assist in training team members to meet established fabrication specifications\.
• Create and test prototypes racking systems when standard methods do not apply\.
• Fabricate templates for bending, shaping, and bracing metal structures\.
• Utilize manual machine \(Press, Lathe, etc\.\) tools to create basic components as required\.
• Set\-up and maintain use of portable burning/heating torches and plasma cutters\.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required\.
• Operate a wide variety of thread types and sizes and utilize basic torque techniques\.
• Perform other duties as assigned\.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required\. Technical training require\.

Years of Experience:

2 or more years of fabrication experience required\.

Software Knowledge:

Microsoft Office Suite Additional Requirements:

Proficient and certified in MIG welding required\.
