- Using appropriate media to design all facets of process tooling.
- Perform mold and head tooling changes.
- Designing and installing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. circuits for process tooling.
- Interpreting blueprints, schematics, etc. to facilitate construction of process tooling.
- Trouble-shooting process tooling to maintain efficient, productive operations.
- Maintaining an orderly, clean work area.
- Maintaining parts inventory required for new process tooling.
- Logging and maintaining inventory, cost, etc. records.
- Assisting process engineering with sampling and/or modifications to new molds and equipment.
- Handle preventative maintenance and process set-up guidance within assigned area.
- Provide leadership to production associates and area leaders.
- Proven ability to perform maintenance technician job tasks.
- Proven ability to step into production conditions when area leader is not available.
- Able and willing to work overtime as job requires. Qualifications What you'll need to succeed:
- 2-Year Technical Degree Preferred or equivalent professional related experience considered.
- Proven experience in blow mold arena.
- 5+ years' experience with blow mold expertise.
- Experienced in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, and schematics.
