$18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

W Central Road, Arlington Heights, IL Per Diem/As Needed Hours:
Hours as needed to fill open shifts or during busy periods. Can be 6-2:30, 7-3:30, 8-4:30 or 10:30a-7p.
Weekend:
Able to fill in on Saturdays as needed 6:30-3p What you will do: Under general supervision Radiology Support Supervisor and the Lead technologists, and according to established policies and procedures, provides assistance to patients, their significant others, technologists, physicians and other hospital personnel as assigned or needed in a professional and courteous manner. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job. Answers phones calls, greets patients, check orders, file room assistance.
What you will need:
Education:
A High School diploma or GED and strong computer proficiency required.
Experience:
One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting, especially in direct patient care roles, preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy with keyboarding skills of 35-40 wpm preferred. Excellent telephone etiquette required.

Previous Windows experience is required.
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Experience with healthcare information systems, including PACS, is preferred.
