Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:00pm 3rdShift:
Sun-Thu, 10:00pm-6:00am Training may start on 1stShift:
6:00am-2:00pm $2/hr shift premium for 2nd & 3rd, effective day 1 Your impact Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform O/D, I/D, boring, and facing on precision mechanical components. Read and apply blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts. Enter production data accurately into the ERP system. Set up and validate at least two platforms: CNC, Manual, ID, OD, Centerless, or Face grinding. Measure with gauges and related devices; set and verify preset gauges for correct calibration. Self-inspect parts, complete documentation, and audit peer work when required. Determine dimensions, speeds, feeds, and machining times; operate multiple machines as needed. Use hand tools and manual machines; maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. What you need to succeed 6+ months experience setting up and operating precision grinding machines. High school diploma or equivalent experience. Comfort with basic math. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English. Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift; frequent tooling changes and machine adjustments. Compensation & benefits Base pay: $24.00- 33.
Shift premium:
