Full Job Description Schedule:

1st Shift 7am

•3:30pm & 2nd Shift is 3:30 pm

•12:00 am

Job Summary:

You will be performing maintenance and repairs on dies and fixtures. Maintain small to large progressive and transfer tooling ranging from 150 ton to 1500 ton; maintain robotic and resistance welding fixtures .

Responsibilities:

Operate mills, lathe, saw, surface, surface and Blanchard grinders, and other tool room equipment Maintain the necessary tools to perform duties Ability to read blueprints Ability to make new tooling components from print Sharpen and shim tooling components; form grinding required

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a metal stamping plant, preferably within automotive industry Strong oral and written communication skills Bilingual preferred Sharpen and shim tooling components; form grinding required Troubleshoot tooling issues on Production floor In-Die-Sensor and Cad knowledge a plus Hourly pay based on experience Use only safe work practices, wear all required PPE on the job Report unsafe working conditions to direct supervisor/manager Demonstrate awareness to

ISO 9001/14001, IATF 16949
