This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-mechanical, high-impact environment where every part you form makes a difference.Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor cold forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to exact specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run. Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 18, or older High school diploma, or equivalent required Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery to changing tooling and dies. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must.Benefits and Perks:
