Full Job Description General Summary:
Builds prototype and preproduction parts and tooling for same. Prepares ROPS, FOPS, and other tests as instructed. Performs other work as directed by the Supervisor. Supports production with maintenance of tooling.
Essential Functions:
Proper construction of Engineering Prototypes, Parts, or Preproduction from engineering drawings or from sketches Build production tooling for designs or from own design Good knowledge of most manufacturing processes Meet production deadlines and promised finish dates Train new operators on machines and checklists as needed Develop proficiencies relating to flat laser, tube laser, and tube bender programming
Expectations:
You will be expected to obtain the tools listed as "Minimum Required Tools" for your classification. Regular attendance and starting on time are essential. Responsible for the quality of own work and not to accept poor quality workmanship from others. Expected to perform at acceptable safety, quality and performance levels and strive for continuous improvement as described in Full Vision's Quality Policy.
