Job Description

Wesley Medical Center, a leader in delivering diversified and personalized healthcare, seeks a dedicated RN Special Procedures to join our professional team. This role focuses on specialized areas such as cardiac cath labs, radiology, and other procedural areas requiring detailed and focused care for patients undergoing specific treatments and procedures. Responsibilities Administer nursing care to patients undergoing specialized procedures. Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe, interpret, and record data from medical equipment and respond to findings. Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding post-procedural care. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives within the specialty area. Required Skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments. Expertise in specific procedural care such as catheterization or medical imaging.
