Bowling Green, Kentucky Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tooling Technician in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The Tooling Technician is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machine tools Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining Assemble/disassemble parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure tool expectations are met Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulate solutions in standardized situations Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
5 years of related work experience Trade certification Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to understand and effectively communicate oral and written instructions Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50Location:
